Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging. AVIOR SWISS AG only takes back unused, intact and undamaged items with the associated delivery note. Delivered products must be checked for integrity immediately upon receipt.
We only accept items from the hygiene and care sector (air fresheners, aroma diffusers, etc.) if their original packaging is unopened. The purchase price will be refunded if the goods are returned in their original packaging and unused. If we determine a reduction in the value of the goods, we can redefine the price of the goods (see General Terms and Conditions, Returns). Return shipping is always at the buyer’s expense. When returning the item, the date of the postmark or the confirmation of receipt from the logistician is binding.
If you paid for the returned items by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be credited back to your credit card account. If payment is made in advance, AVIOR SWISS AG will refund the amount to the account from which the payment was made.
AVIOR SWISS AG (Switzerland) delivers exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Suppliers and delivery costs
AVIOR SWISS AG offers you various suppliers. This page gives you an overview of possible suppliers and their prices.
With standard delivery, you will receive the goods conveniently delivered to the desired address 2-3 working days after receipt of your order.
If you would like to receive the goods the next morning, we recommend express delivery. Orders received by 2:30 p.m. on a working day will be delivered to the desired address on the next working day or Saturday by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Are you not at home during the day and would you rather receive the goods during off-peak times? Then we recommend evening delivery. Orders received by 2:30 p.m. on a working day will be delivered to the desired address between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the next working day. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
AVIOR SWISS AG offers various payment options:
Payment by credit card, Mastercard, cash, invoice, financing via financing partner, repayment via AVIOR SWISS AG.
AVIOR SWISS AG accepts the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Postcard. You can also pay via PayPal.
You can make payments up to your card limit. Please note that your card will be charged immediately after payment.
If your credit card no longer has the required funds, the payment will be rejected. In this case, please pay in advance.
Credit card payments are encrypted: AVIOR SWISS AG does not store any card data.
AVIOR SWISS AG does not store any card data. The payment data runs directly via an external, bank-certified data center. This solution supports all of today’s security standards. The AVIOR SWISS AG E-Store communicates in a protected manner. Your sensitive data is transmitted encrypted and is therefore not accessible to third parties. You can tell that you are in the protected area by the “s” in the URL of your browser (https://)
Payment in advance
You make your payment via online banking, at your bank or at the post office. After completing the order, a confirmation window will be displayed and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. The account to which the advance payment must be made will be stated upon confirmation.
Please note the payment deadline of 7 days. If this payment is not met, delivery may also be delayed.
Once your number
Once the payment has been received by AVIOR SWISS AG, you will receive a confirmation by email. As a rule, the items are reserved for you immediately after your order has been placed. However, depending on the delivery situation, certain items may only be reserved at a later date, but at the latest after receipt of payment.
