The general terms and conditions listed here (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) of AVIOR SWISS AG (Switzerland) hereinafter “AVIOR SWISS AG” apply to all products and services (hereinafter “Products”) of AVIOR SWISS AG. The term “customer” refers to every natural and legal person who maintains business relationships with AVIOR SWISS AG.
The General Terms and Conditions apply in the current version at the time the contract is concluded for all business relationships between AVIOR SWISS AG and its customers.
Offers/conclusion of contract
The listing of the product range in the AVIOR SWISS AG e-store alone does not constitute a legally binding offer. The presentation on the Internet is non-binding. If the customer places an order over the Internet, they are expressly submitting a binding application to conclude a purchase contract. Once the order has been received, the customer receives a confirmation. This does not amount to acceptance of the offer by AVIOR SWISS AG. AVIOR SWISS AG reserves the right to reject the application without giving reasons. The legally binding purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are dispatched or delivered on site by AVIOR SWISS AG.
The items pictured are not included. Unless explicitly mentioned, decorative items shown in the pictures and films are not part of the product range. Care items, peripherals and accessories must be purchased separately.
Change and availability
The AVIOR SWISS AG Switzerland websites may contain information about products and services related to devices with a Swiss plug. AVIOR SWISS AG continually adapts its range to the latest state of the art technology. Therefore, changes in the design and equipment of the devices shown online are possible; Mistakes and mistakes excepted. Color deviations may be due to screen or color profile issues. AVIOR SWISS AG is entitled to make content modifications to the websites at any time and to ensure that the information is complete and up-to-date. AVIOR SWISS AG also reserves the right to discontinue all or individual websites or to interrupt access to them.
The published and offered prices are gross prices, which include both statutory VAT and the advanced recycling fee (VRG). The offers apply exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
During the ordering process, users are shown all payment methods that are accepted at AVIOR SWISS AG. The confirmed purchase price and any additional costs (e.g. for shipping) will be charged at the time the order is placed (by clicking on the “buy now” button) or the purchase contract is signed.
If the customer decides to pay in advance, the order will be processed after payment has been received. AVIOR SWISS AG informs customers about receipt of payment. Delivery will be delayed accordingly.

All products must be checked immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Any errors or damage must be reported to AVIOR SWISS AG in writing immediately after they are discovered.
Complaints and notices of defects
Complaints must be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Defects that become apparent later, i.e. during the warranty period, must be reported immediately after they are discovered.
A guarantee service will only be provided if there are no reasons for exclusion such as damage caused by incorrect operation or mechanical damage. This includes, for example, natural damage, moisture and frost damage, fall and impact damage, excessive wear and tear and defects as a result of interventions and modifications.
Defects will be remedied free of charge by AVIOR SWISS AG within the scope of the guarantee if AVIOR SWISS AG does not prefer to provide replacement with defect-free goods. Further claims are excluded. There is no automatic entitlement to a new, replacement or loaner device.
Ordered items can be returned within 7 days in the original packaging. However, AVIOR SWISS AG only takes back unused, intact and undamaged items with the associated delivery note. If the goods are no longer absolutely new, AVIOR SWISS AG is entitled to keep part of the purchase price paid. The amount depends on experience and is not negotiable. Returns are always at the customer’s expense. When returning the goods, the date of the transport company’s confirmation of receipt is binding. The description of the return procedure can be found via the customer account/orders or via the link in the order confirmation, or by contacting AVIOR SWISS AG by telephone.
The entire content of the AVIOR SWISS AG websites such as brands, logos, photos, designs, etc. is the property of AVIOR SWISS AG and is protected in accordance with the law. It is strictly forbidden to copy, download or otherwise use parts of it for your own purposes without the prior written permission of AVIOR SWISS AG.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All business relationships between AVIOR SWISS AG and your customers are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich Canton Zurich, Switzerland. If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
